- Limits – Set the number of total passes that can be issued at the same time for the building, as well as the number of passes a student can be issued per day.
- Blocking – Prevent specific student pairings by blocking combinations from being out on a pass simultaneously.
- Timed Locations – Set time limits for specific destinations like restrooms, nurses’ visit, or offices. Color indicators show when a student is within time, approaching the limit, or overdue.
- Quiet Times – Prevent passes from being issues during designated periods, such as assemblies, class transitions, or testing windows.
- Overtime Notifications – Automatically notify staff or hall monitors when a student exceeds the expected time on a pass.
