The PBIS Rewards system does provide various PDF files that you can print yourself. We have seen some schools use the PDF files to print the ID badges as labels and stick them on binders, desks, electronic devices, or even on existing badges.
For an additional cost, we can produce student ID badges for you, but many of our schools opt to produce them on their own with the provided printable options.
What kind of reports can PBIS Rewards generate?
PBIS Rewards includes a variety of reports to help you oversee PBIS implementation at your school. You can track incentives given, know if your staff members are hitting their points goals, and get quick insights on usage. You can also track the purchases in your school store and manage inventory. There are also reports to view referral data. Reports tracking teacher usage, student usage, referral data, and more allow you to fine-tune your PBIS program for maximum benefit. Please have your school or district whitelist the following domains:
- navigate360.com and all subdomains (*.navigate360.com)
- If you can’t whitelist a wildcard subdomain, include pbisr.navigate360.com and pbisrstudent.navigate360.com in your whitelist.
- pbisrewards.com and all subdomains (*.pbisrewards.com)
- If you can’t whitelist a wildcard subdomain, include mail.pbisrewards.com in your whitelist.
- workplacerewards.com and all subdomains (*.workplacerewards.com)

^ The exact syntax to use will depend on your network.
PBIS Rewards strongly recommends using domain-based whitelisting. PBIS Rewards may utilize content delivery networks (CDN) to deliver different types of content including images, videos, and audio files. Some CDNs may change their IP addresses frequently. It is also possible that other parties are utilizing CDNs that share the same IP address. Therefore, IP address whitelisting is unreliable and could possibly result in whitelisting content that you did not intend.
Remember: check your Junk, Spam, and Clutter folders for our communications.
