9.Exercising you Rights
A Verified Consumer Request (VCR) can be used to inform Navigate360 of a consumer’s desire to have a copy of their personal information that is collected and disclosed, or to inform of their desire to have their personal information corrected or deleted. Two methods are offered for a consumer, or an authorized agent, to submit a VCR. First, you can navigate to this CCPA Notice on our website and find a VCR Form here. Second, a consumer may call our toll-free number at 1-866-744-0174 to submit a request. To process a request we will need to know (i) whether the request is being made on behalf of yourself or someone who has authorized you to make the request, (ii) the state or country in which you, or the person who has authorized you to make the request, resides, (iii) what rights you, or the person who has authorized you to make the request, wish to exercise, (iv) sufficient information to verify the request is about you or the person who authorized you to make the request, (v) your contract information, including your email address. After a VCR is received, Navigate360 will verify the identity of the person requesting the VCR, and if the request is verified, Navigate360 will complete the request. Navigate360 has trained individuals to process VCRs and maintains a record of the VCRs it receives in compliance with CCPA regulations and other applicable law.
