Motivating Systems and PBIS Rewards’ Back-to-School 2019 Referral Raffle Terms and Conditions

Effective August 5, 2019
  1. General
    The Motivating Systems and PBIS Rewards’ Back-to-School 2019 Referral Program (“Raffle”) allows member school users to earn entries in a drawing for one (1) of three (3) back-to-school prize baskets (an estimated retail value of $161.42 per basket), for their schools by introducing us to other schools that might have an interest in the PBIS Rewards application. To participate, members must agree with the terms and conditions defined below.
  2. Terms and Definitions
    1. “referring party” or “you” will represent the entity making the referral.
    2. “referred party” will represent the entity being referred to PBIS Rewards.
    3. “PBIS Rewards”, “we”, “us”, or “raffle” will represent Motivating Systems and its PBIS Rewards product.
  3. Raffle Participation and Eligibility
    1. Participation in the Raffle is prohibited where void by applicable law or regulation.
    2. The referring party must be an existing client of Motivating Systems and PBIS Rewards.
    3. The referring school cannot be past due on their payments to Motivating Systems and PBIS Rewards.
  4. Raffle Rules
    1. All referrals must be made via the Introduce Us page on the pbisrewards.com/introduce web page to qualify as a possible entry.
    2. Each referred party can have only one referring party. Should there be a conflict, the first referral received will receive credit for the referral.
    3. The referred party cannot be an existing school using PBIS Rewards or a school under contract to begin using PBIS Rewards during the 2019-2020 school year.
    4. The referring party and referred party cannot be the same entity.
    5. The back-to-school prize baskets will be mailed to the school’s mailing address and not an individual, residential address.
    6. Motivating Systems reserves the right to modify the rules without notice.
  5. Raffle Period
    1. Entries will be accepted online starting on or about August 6, 2019 and ending August 16, 2019. All online entries must be received by August 16, 2019 11:59PM CST.
  6. Odds
    1. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the raffle prior to the drawing date.
  7. Winner Selection and Notification
    1. Winners of the Raffle will be selected in a random drawing. There will be three (3) winners selected on or after August 19, 2019. Winners will be notified via the contact email address provided on the Introduce Us form and via email. Email notification will be sent within five (5) days following the winner selection. PBIS Rewards shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
  8. Rights Granted by you
    1. By entering this contest you understand that PBIS Rewards, anyone acting on behalf of PBIS Rewards, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry,
      including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Raffle, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
