Effective student recognition is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen positive school culture and reinforce expected behaviors. During this engaging session, participants will explore the various ways staff can acknowledge and reward students using both the PBIS Rewards web portal and Staff App.
In addition to rewarding strategies, this session will provide an overview of the reporting tools available within PBIS Rewards, helping educators monitor student engagement and better understand behavior trends over time. Participants will learn how to utilize features within the Groups Page to review and analyze point data for students in their assigned groups, allowing for more intentional recognition, improved communication, and increased student motivation.
This session is ideal for teachers and staff looking to maximize student engagement, strengthen classroom culture, and use PBIS Rewards data to support positive behavioral outcomes.
