As we approach the Thanksgiving season, it is important to recognize and celebrate the educators who make a lasting impact on students and school culture every day. Join us for this engaging session focused on Teacher Rewards, a feature included with your PBIS Rewards subscription that allows schools to acknowledge, motivate, and celebrate staff in meaningful and engaging ways.
During this session, participants will explore how Teacher Rewards can be used to gamify staff recognition by reinforcing positive practices, encouraging collaboration, and building a stronger sense of community among educators. Similar to the student experience within PBIS Rewards, schools can create systems that recognize staff contributions, celebrate accomplishments, and promote positive morale across campus.
Participants will leave with practical ideas and strategies for implementing Teacher Rewards as part of a comprehensive staff appreciation and recognition initiative designed to strengthen school culture and show gratitude for the incredible work educators do each day.
