About Matt
My name is Matt Lu, and I have been a part of the PBIS Rewards family since early 2020. Yes, I started right as the pandemic began! Even though it was a struggle at first, I am happy to be apart the best company in the world. After earning my BS in Marketing from The University of Southern Indiana, I started my professional career at Ashley Homestore, gaining great experience that I use every day. As soon as I found out what this company is about, I had to join. I take pride knowing that I help young people create positive habits. I can’t wait to see how much this company grows!
