The willingness to share ideas, talk over challenges, and encourage one another is why the teaching profession is so special. Once upon a time, this collaboration could only take place locally, in small groups or at a conference or professional development session. Social media has enabled educators to meet up at convenient times and locations for the free exchange of ideas.
