In the school setting, staff and students alike look to administrators for guidance and encouragement. But leadership requires more than a commitment to the work at hand. It also means that you lead by example. This can include working collaboratively, improving your skillset via additional education, and making time for rest and recovery.
ASCD offers a wide range of events, workshops, and webinars to help educators focus on furthering their knowledge. One such event is the ASCD Leadership Summit, which takes place October 21-23, 2022. PBIS Rewards will be a part of this event as an exhibitor.
Encouraging School Leaders
The ASCD Leadership Summit enables both new and experienced educational leaders to meet and share ideas over the course of three days.
