When it comes to school leadership, principals at the elementary and middle school level are among the most admired. School administrators are the drivers of school culture and climate, and staff and students take their cues from their leadership. NAESP seeks to support elementary and middle school principals in their commitment to student learning and wellbeing. The NAESP 2022 Pre-K–8 Principal’s Conference takes place July 15-17, 2022 in Louisville, Kentucky and PBIS Rewards will be there!
2022 Pre-K–8 NAESP Conference Strands
The NAESP conference is an opportunity for educational leaders in the K-8 space to connect in person after a couple of very challenging years. Topics covered in the conference’s session strands include:
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Partnering with families and the community
- Creating a positive and proactive school culture
- Social-emotional learning
- Educational technology
- Building leadership skills
- Pre-K–3rd grade leadership
- Leadership for middle grades
Attendees will also hear from General Session Speakers Inky Johnson and Barbara Whye and will be able to participate in a virtual discussion with Simon Sinek.
