In the state of Missouri, the Missouri Association of Elementary School Principals (MAESP) supports and represents school leaders at the elementary and middle school levels. MAESP understands that student success is a direct result of school leadership during the early years of education.
The 2020 MAESP Leadership Conference brings together more than 500 school leaders, superintendents, college professors, and representatives from the Missouri Department of Education. This year’s conference takes place February 29-March 3, 2020 in Osage Beach, MO.
Conference Schedule, Sessions, and Keynotes
It’s always fun when a conference kicks off with a golf tournament, and MAESP 2020 begins with a tournament on February 29. All MAESP members, sponsors, and vendors are welcome to participate as part of a 4-player team. For more information, click here.
The 2020 MAESP Leadership Conference is hosting a keynote each day of the event. With three speakers presenting different perspectives to attendees. Sunday’s keynote, country music star Jimmy Wayne, focuses on children in the foster care system. Monday’s keynote features Gallup researcher Tim Hodges, speaking on the importance of relationships in the school setting. Tuesday’s keynote, educational thought leader Steven Bollar, addresses ways to create positive change through leadership.
